A relatively low-maintenance tree that has no significant pests or diseases. For the best growth, plant the tree in well-draining acidic or neutral soil. Watered regularly, especially in the first few years & during hot and dry periods. Avoid planting it in areas that receive intense, direct sunlight for extended periods.
